CnX Player is designed for a broad range of video files. Compatibility depends on the codecs and content inside a file; not every file will play.
Earlier format reference
The existing Windows guide listed MKV, WebM, MP4, XVID, AVI, TS, WMV and ASF. This list describes earlier versions; compatibility depends on the particular file.
The container and codecs inside it both matter. If a video fails, record its type, device and error message for troubleshooting.
Casting and 10-bit HDR are CnX Pro features, with a free trial on every video. Check the app for the options available to you.
