CnX Player and these pages

CnX Player is provided by Pathwin Software Pvt. Ltd. The current Windows app supports Windows 10 and Windows 11. Earlier Android and iPhone/iPad apps are currently unavailable in their app stores; archived help remains available for existing users.

CnX Player supports video playback, library management and casting to compatible devices. Playback and casting depend on the source video, your computer, the receiving device and your network. See the Windows features and Windows guides for current information.

Windows purchases and CnX Pro

Windows purchase options include one-time/lifetime purchases and recurring subscriptions. Review the selected product, included features, price, licence duration and any renewal terms shown in the app and Microsoft Store before purchasing. The description of the option you select applies to that purchase.

10-bit HDR and TV casting are CnX Pro features, with a free trial on every video. The app shows the available trial and purchase controls.

Microsoft Store processes Windows purchases and payment details. Billing, cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the terms applicable to your purchase. For subscriptions billed by Microsoft, use your Microsoft account to manage recurring billing. See Microsoft's recurring-billing guidance and the terms displayed with your Store purchase.

Earlier iOS subscriptions

The following information relates to subscriptions purchased through Apple for earlier iOS versions. It does not describe Windows purchases or announce the availability of a new iOS app. For an existing purchase, consult its original offer and your Apple account subscription details.

• Payment will be charged to the iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• A subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the renewal cost shown for the subscription.
• Subscriptions and auto-renewal may be managed through the user's account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of an offered free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable.
