Your website analytics choice
Google Analytics and Ahrefs Analytics stay off until you choose Allow analytics. Choose Reject analytics to keep them off. You can change this choice using Analytics preferences in the footer or the button below.
Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from reading the website, following Microsoft Store links or using the contact form. This choice controls website analytics; it does not disable spam protection or third-party media.
Cookies and similar storage
Cookies are small pieces of data stored by your browser. Websites can also use browser storage, such as local storage. These technologies can remember choices or support services that you use.
We remember your analytics choice in browser storage for up to six months and check it when a page loads. Expiry does not reload a page you are using. If the browser cannot save your choice, we tell you: Allow applies only to the current page, while Reject is also kept for same-site pages in the current browser tab. You may need to choose again on a later visit.
Turning off analytics after it has loaded reloads CnX pages already open in the same browser to stop further analytics on those pages. Save any unfinished contact message first.
Measurement and Store referrals
We use Google Analytics and Ahrefs Analytics to measure visits, improve the website and understand Microsoft Store referrals. We do not use website analytics to create advertising or remarketing audiences. Google Analytics may use cookies and other browser identifiers. Ahrefs describes its standard Web Analytics service as cookie-free.
Microsoft Store links contain a campaign identifier for the source page and button placement. These identifiers do not contain your name, email address or other personal details. Microsoft handles visits to its Store under its own privacy statement.
Spam protection and embedded videos
The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA, and tutorial pages can contain YouTube players. Loading these services involves requests to their providers, which may use cookies or process browser, device and connection information. An embedded player can contact its provider before you play a video. These services are separate from the website analytics choice.
Your browser controls
You can manage or delete cookies and website storage in your browser. Blocking third-party services may affect CAPTCHA or embedded videos. If the contact form is unavailable, email support@cnxplayer.com.
